Horrible experience with WiFi service

Had a really horrible experience of the internet service. I was charge for two months while having a cancellation ticket. After calling the only thing that I learned is, “you can only cancel it by calling.” So, I was wondering why even have an option to cancel your service online? Overall, poor service, don’t make the same mistake I did. Explore your options first you might find something cheaper and way better.
