So Disappointing

Extremely Disappointed with AT&T – Poor Service & SupportI rarely write reviews, but my experience with AT&T has been consistently frustrating. From dropped calls and slow internet speeds to unhelpful customer service, the service has been unreliable at best. Every time I reach out for support, I'm stuck in endless automated menus, transferred multiple times, and still left without a real solution.Billing has also been an issue — hidden fees, unexplained charges, and a lack of transparency have become the norm. Even after multiple attempts to resolve the issues, nothing seems to change.For a company of AT&T’s size, the lack of accountability and customer care is shocking. I’m seriously considering switching providers and wouldn’t recommend AT&T to anyone looking for dependable service or responsive support.
