I’m having att internet in my house facing issues time to time like slow speed or some time city of internet change the modem and charge me extra amount now Iam paying $98 per month for only WiFi at home three people are using it shows no service calling att to get help no feedback first of all their customer service is associated with people from Arabic and India which their English pronunciation is very difficult to understand and they even can’t get the information properly and they just get your information don’t listen to your problem with internet keep asking permission for giving my information to other places and saying their promotion then they don’t solve your problem saying Iam transferring you to another office then the line dropped several days Iam calling them it’s a fraud based company their customer service and staff built on fraud and lie and they steal from you Iam trying to find another service now and Iam going to file a claim to pay me back the money they charge me and they don’t provide the service
