We were using Confluence and spent months creating documentation and tens of thousands of pounds! Our card expired in December when people were on holiday and after 25 days Atlassian simply deleted all of our documentation and advised that they don't back this up or have any recovery mechanism. An absolute disgrace....My company will never use Atlassian products again. They seem to have mastered HOW NOT TO DO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
