Poor service. No help - no responses. We cannot access our account anymore because we were hacked. Now someone else is the admin of our account and we still have to pay for it every month. And Atlassian says that only the Admin can change something. I am speechless, this is so rude and criminal, They have ripped us of since 2 years, still no feedback!
