I recently paid for Trello to utilise the automation. Everything was going great until I realised that my premium benefits had been paused. I went to my account and it simply said I needed to add my new credit card details, which I did. Before I know it, I’m being charged to use Atlassian over £100. I did not ask, or want Atlassian as I was using Trello.I’m now being told I may not be issued a refund. Awful experience, awful customer service and I would not recommend. I’m now looking to leave Trello after years of happy service and definitely will not be using Atlassian.
