Awful service. After one month writing emails to ensure that they could pick my laptop up on the 24th of December and getting always positive answer, they picked it up the 04th of January (I had to leave Spain really soon so it was not on time).Furthermore, the service SUCKS. I have sent my laptop 3 times for the same ****ing error, and the response has been always the same: "No found error"This time I have even sent a video showing a clear issue! I can not believe that I got the same error.Shame on this service.
