Worst experience I've had with a big company! I bought the new asus rog phone been very excited to get a gaming phone. Ordered next day delivery..... realise I've had no confirmation email and i get in contact only to be told they had issues and they would refund me the £4.95 for the postage I told them I'm not happy I'm self employed and was now going to have to cancel my jobs planned for the next day and lose a days pay. Emails I received back after explaining all this and I wasn't happy was where not asus, where just the UK distributor www uk.store.asus.com. the emails had a quick change in the way I was getting spoken to in an aggressive manner and when asked who I could report them to they told me the same email address I was talking to and then stopped messaging me back after I asked for an alternative email for there boss. That was my first issue. I get the phone all excited swooped everything over had a little play with it and went to bed, woke up went to work get home put a game on 1hr and half later the phone screen goes white.... starts making a noise ...... and switches its self off then goes into started up mode and gets caught in a reboot loop. Phone is completely useless. £800 pound for a phone that couldn't last 24 hrs. So its bank holiday weekend so it's now been Friday to Monday with no phone and no one to ring 4 days with out a phone is horrible. To the fun of trying to get someone to a fix the phone or b take the phone back, www uk.store.asus.com are telling me to contact asus to get it fixed and ...... turn it off and on again. And asus main website are telling me they wont deal with it to send it back to where I purchased it from because it's not a DOA. My experience has been absolutely terrible I wouldn't wish this on anyone else. Would not recommend buying any asus products as from other reviews it's been the same terrible pass the blame customer service and who really is www uk.store.asus.com?? Asus make you buy there products off here, they use asus in there web address but denie being asus. For a big company like asus which off friends ive herd a lot of good things they really let me down shame but there's no point contacting them as they don't care this is what apple and Samsung do so well they have excellent customer service and care. Hope this stops someone from the same headache and messing around I recieved and anyone who's not believing I have all emails will gladly share.
