Had consistently bad experiences with the laptop since the beginning - lines come up on the screen, the laptop would get stuck on the startup screen - but since I was travelling I could not bring the laptop in earlier. So I brought it in for repair a month before the warranty expires. They tell me nothing is wrong with it and send it back with a 'windows update'. NONSENSE. Apparently they want proof (like a photo) to show that the laptop is giving trouble. You have experts that should be able to determine what is wrong with the laptop - its not my responsibility to provide 'proof' of your shoddy manufacturing. Never again. ASUS is the worst laptop company I've ever dealt with.
