Worst service ever! We bought a chrome book and now 5 month later it doesn't charge. It's still under warranty!! We sent the chrome book to be repaired only to be told that they cannot repair it. The 2 little scratches on the outside of the body makes the chrome book damaged...... This has nothing to do with the charging of the computer. We were quoted a repair fee of 350$ which is more then the cost of a new device. We disputed but this was ignored. We will never buy an ASUS product again. Their service is horrible and their warranty is BS.
