Absolutely ridiculous! I purchased a ZEN WIFI router and had problems connecting. The first Asus support person spent about 20 min and then said that there was a problem and I should return it to the place of purchase. I called again and the second person helped me through the setup, although the connection was broken up and it was a toll call!!!!!!!!But, he only did half of the setup and was very abrupt. Overall horrible support!!!! I called again later and the person on the phone didn't understand what to do or what product I had and said that someone at a higher level would have to call me back.?????????????????????? Going back to the store and I will replace it with a different product. I'll remember the name ASUS the next time I look for any electronic product
