HORRIFIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could warn everyone on earth to stay away from this company I would. 1 star is too good for them. Got a brand new motherboard that died after 2 months, I did the troubleshooting with the technician and they said to send it back, I did. I am then told that there are bent pins (there weren't) and therefore it is customer induced damage and that it voids the warranty. I said that that is incorrect and disputed the claim. Well, 4 months later, I have spoken to OVER 20 people, multiple managers, have gone through the BBB and they respond with "it doesn't matter who did the damage, it voids the warranty, sorry you don't like it." Based on my own experience and all of the reviews I am seeing, I personally think they damage people's property on purpose and make them pay for repairs. They are SCAMMERS 100% STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
