Spent 1300 euros on a laptop and the right speaker was faulty from the very start. Was told that unless I had that original packaging they could bit collect. Also was told without a receipt from the store they can’t do anything. Even though my warranty I was fully registered, she even read it out to me over the phone. Not very friendly either. Seem to go out of their way to not want to help. Absolutely appalling experience and am stuck with a faulty laptop. Please avoid ASUS, far better quality and more reputable brands out there.
