I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of obsolescence displayed by ASUS for their so-called high-end product. I purchased the ASUS Aerion 10G Ethernet card that came with my Zenith Extreme motherboard, expecting exceptional quality considering the status and high price of these products.Unfortunately, not only does the Ethernet card not work with Windows 11, but ASUS customer support has also proven to be extremely disappointing. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they made me wait and avoided providing valid explanations for their decision of obsolescence.The lack of follow-up and support for a high-end product is simply unacceptable. Customers who invest in products of this category expect a level of service and responsiveness that meets their expectations. However, ASUS has clearly failed in its responsibilities towards its loyal customers.Furthermore, planned obsolescence and disposability have no place in a world already buried in waste, and they should be ashamed. I am deeply disappointed in ASUS, and I cannot recommend their products to anyone. This experience has seriously shaken my trust in this brand. I hope this review will urge ASUS to reconsider their obsolescence policy and provide proper customer support for their high-end products.
