Bought very expensive performance laptop for around 4500 pounds. It developed issue with the screen that I have reported as its under warranty. Due to being used in business I cannot send it back. I offered to take one of their programs to get on site repair. After requesting this been told they won't be able to provide it as it's no available at my location later was told another story that should have registered during first 180 days. I have had it between 180 days and a year now. So got faulty device and no reasonable help I can receive. Their on site repair does not seem to be available to all. Recommend for business users to stay away and go with another manufacturer instead.
