They've fallen a long way. My last asus laptop last 7 years with heavy use before it started to crap out. So I bought another one and it was malfunctioning within a couple months. I've now only owned it for 13 months and 3 months of them, it's been in a repair shop. They promise it's all overnight and rush service, but the longest it's been gone for at a time is 7 weeks with no communication or updates. Their products are GARBAGE and their customer service is even worse. DO NOT BUY.
