The worst support ever, they replaced my router with a refurb and its been dropping connections everyday ever since. I have been fighting with them for months to provide me a new router because they cannot fix it. They have terrible customer service, no technical knowledge or review, completely scripted and don't know how to handle situations. I will never buy another ASUS product again and I used to be a big advocator for them when I sold their products. They have no idea how to support their products and don't even want to abide by their own warranty. Don't buy their stuff.
