TerribleAbsolutely shocking customer service. Not even purchasing a $4000 laptop is safe from poor quality and shocking customer service.Sent my laptop away to their service agent with non-existent customer service with no reply to help replicate fault and so sent back the faulty unit.ASUS refuse to provide a return authority number so JB HIFI can allow me to exchange my faulty laptop. They keep telling me that it's up to JB HIFI and they're telling me they (quite obviously) need a return authority from ASUS saying they will get credited for that unit. Simple.3rd but last ASUS product. Customer service treat you like a fool.
