Our company bought 3 NUC 13 Pros (2 regular, one Extreme Kit) in March 2024. Have been working with support through ASUS--who started servicing all NUCs this year--ever since and we still don't have the computers all working (it is now July 2024).The first one had Windows installed and got up and running properly, but stopped working altogether in May. It wouldn't wake from sleep mid workday. Tried all online info to do a hard reset, etc, and called support who said to send it in. Weeks later we got a new one back in the mail, but it wouldn't start. Called support and they had us open it up to find there was no SSD or memory card like the one we sent in, and told us to send it back. Did so and weeks later we got another back--again with no SSD or memory card. Called and they said they would check with the repair department to send the components out. Still waiting two weeks later, despite reaching out throughout this week to ask why it was still missing (as of this afternoon, they are still looking into it.)The second NUC 13 Pro is working normally, but all the support help for the NUC 13 Pro Extreme Kit was useless despite about three hours on the phone troubleshooting and multiple emails where we had to write down in detail everything we had tried. Finally brought in an IT guy yesterday with >30 years experience refurbishing computers and he was able to go through some backend software fixes and it is finally working four months after purchase. He said he has seen a lot of problems with NUCs and thinks the issue with the NUC Pro Extreme Kit was hardware based.
