Absolutely ridiculous, I bought a lcd monitor in may and unfortunately yesterday when I switched on had stop working, no damage visible nothing, I put on the sleeve over the weekend and placed on my laptop bag. Contact the warranty centre and got this message “ Thank you for contacting ASUS Support. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. My name is ……and it would be my pleasure to help you the best way I can.As I understand from your email, your monitor does not work anymore. From what I can see in the video, the monitor has been damaged, as there is a crack going across the screen. Since it is customer induced damage, the warranty does not cover this.Thank you for your understanding.I explained that there is no damage,and wanted a technician to check, so far been ignored. Going to contact AO where I bough and will definitely persue the matter, but ASUs never again .
