I gat a asus rog zephyrus g14 at christmas 2022... In the next year i gat heat problem and he stop charging .. i send to be fix... This year .. i burn my finger when i unplug the machine.. i cannot understand the person at the customer service because of there accent.. or speak to fast .. or they didnt have there mic on the mount... I wish i can have the oportunity to buy the extent garanty but when i check the info was not to date and i try to do the update and i cannot... So after i send them with no garanty and the same worst burning problem.. they send me back that heating machine.. so right now . I have a machine who i know for sure.. he not gonna last.. heat and electronic is not good... Btw . Asus cannot fix that because is the concept is wrong... They put the charging cable on the same side of the fan.. so the heat came out of the fan . Heat up the charging cable and the charging cable heat up the machine and the ac adapter battery .. right now . What i can do to prevent any accident.. is. After i am done with the device .. wait a hour to make him co down .. unplug it .. i never let that machine plug in the night . Im scare... I dont know what can happen .. i dobt know if the battry on the ac adapter can explode or the laptop can go in fire and burn my house with me inside .. when i burn my finger. I drop the cable because that suprise me by the hurt and .. i have to put ice to prevent blister... Imagine how hot that be .. and the stupid remark the asus guy tell me . I dont understand why you touch the tip of the charging cable .. hello.. i didnt want to but it not normal to your machine ... Like he try to put there heating problem on me... Im a long time customer with asus.. all my pc and laptop was asus... And now . I dont know what the heck happen with the company... But its super bad... Until the review change of this company... I never gonna buy another product to them.
