I followed up for an update after waiting for an entire month, only to be met with shocking rudeness from the staff. Their responses included dismissive statements like "It is what it is, make a little complaint" and "You can sue us if you want." Saying that to a customer it is simpley unaceptable. I can't understand how they are allowed to still have jobs. UPDATE 12/12/2024: We finally got the laptop back after three months, following numerous frustrating interactions with ASUS customer service. Their responses ranged from dismissive remarks like "We can't do anything for you" and "It is what it is" to an overall attitude that was anything but customer-friendly, and hanging off the phone.The full story is too long to detail here, but I have never encountered such unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge, and poor communication in my life. I cannot stress enough the importance of avoiding ASUS at all costs—YOU WILL REGRET every moment spent dealing with this level of rudeness and incompetence. Better use an external suplier, they will do better job in no time, and if you still go with them after the rating they have God Help You :))
