I bought two VG249Q3A monitors from Best Buy on 12/26/24. Both will randomly turn off while being used. After going through tech support with Asus and making adjustments to settings, the issue persisted. Asus indicated I need to take the monitors to Best Buy for warranty service, which I found a little odd. Best Buy refuses to do any warranty service and wants me to pay a diagnostic fee. So I am basically stuck between two companies who don't want to honor a 3-year warranty, four months into ownership. I'm starting to think small claims is going to be my best approach.
