Item was meant to be delivered 3-5 days, over a week later and no delivery. I was going to my boyfriends and will be here a month so wanted the items for then. Contacted them to ask if seeing as though it’s THEIR fault my items never arrived on time if I could change the address so my items could be delivered to his house instead. Got told no, they have ‘rules to follow’ so can’t even though the parcel hadn’t moved from any depot, it was just sat in their warehouse. Days later my item has arrived at my house. Won’t be able to open it for a month now. Won’t be buying from anywhere that uses asos again
