ASOS is a great company for those who are shoppaholics and for those who like have money to buy new clothes all the time and know what would suit them. However, with the recent change in the returns policy ASOS is not great for those who are someish and indecisive on how clothes would suit them.Recently I was charged a return fee for being a frequent returner, even though my last purchase was months ago - 6months to be exact. I am very good at collecting the item and if I don't like the items I would return same day as there isn't a need for me to hold onto then. Additionally I buy bulk (over £109 worth) to ensure that I have options to try on. However this is good enough for ASOS. So I had ask them what was the standard for me to be categorised as a frequent returner, but Asos didn't want to disclose the standard. So obviously the the standard for a frequent returner is quite low if they are comparing my returns from months ago. Very disappointed in the recent changes, so as an infrequent buyer I am going to cancel my account.
