Not what it used to be

ASOS has really gone downhill. I used to shop there all the time, but not anymore. I recently ordered a top I love—hard to find, and ASOS was one of the few still selling it. They canceled it due to “out of stock,” yet it’s still listed for sale. Customer service was awful—slow, unhelpful, and offered a “solution” that made no sense: buy it again and maybe get refunded for shipping. Even the manager was no help. I wasted 45 minutes for zero resolution. Extremely frustrating.
