I purchased a Neom Organics Pod Diffuser from ASOS just a few days ago and have now received it. Unfortunately, the product arrived in unacceptable condition—the packaging and the diffuser itself were covered in black grime, clearly used, and had large visible marks suggesting it had been poorly treated.I contacted ASOS customer service requesting a replacement or a partial refund, but they refused to do either. The item is out of stock, and they would not offer any compensation. I’m now left with a damaged product that I can’t give as the birthday gift I had intended.Save your time, energy, and money—don’t shop at ASOS!
