I placed an onder for someting that cost about 44 euro's that why i didn't use my 10% discount code for my first order otherwise i would have to pay for the shipping. The order failed and Asos says it failed because of my bank but it did get debited from my banking account. They say i'll have it back in 10 working days. That's fine. I tried to order again but one item i ordered was not available anymore, so i looked for something else. Now my order amount was higher and i wanted to use the code that at first i didn't use. Now the discount code can't be used anymore because i have already placed my first order according to their system. So i asked iff they can fix this or give me a new code but they wont becauce they keep saying it's an error with my bank. Like come on for 10% discount they will not give me a new one.. Such bad service, i will not order here again nor recommend it to anyone.
