I've been trying to delete an organization in Asana for over two months, and their support has been absolutely terrible. They ignore support case messages for days, and when they finally respond, it's completely unhelpful. They keep saying they will contact me, but they never do. Every interaction has been a frustrating cycle of delays and empty promises. Worst support I’ve ever experienced.I do not recommend using Asana's services at all—if you ever need real assistance, don’t expect to get it from them.
