I ordered a phone online and paid extra for same day delivery and even started a plan through verizon. Delivery was scheduled between 2-4 nobody came to my house and they claim it was a failed delivery attempt. I have 3 dogs that bark at everything and a door bell. They used uber delivery but now I can’t get my phone or place a new order until it clears and apple basically said o well that’s what they do one attempt. I want a proof of delivery attempt. Not happy at all and they could care less!!!
