Literally never have experienced such terrible customer service. Have had to send my AirPods back twice because they make a weird static sound. They still haven’t been fixed and still make the sound. Not only that but they have damaged the AirPods case and then refused to do anything about it because “it’s a cosmetic issue”. The case was in their possession and they have damaged it meaning they have reduced the value of my product. Do they care? No. The agents on the text feature are very rude and dismissive. They have no reasonable adjustments in place for those who are unable to speak on the phone due to a disability or for personal matters which is discriminatory. Overall I’m extremely disgusted with the “service” I have (or in this case, haven’t) received. Do better apple. Big big company acting like this is ridiculous.
