Sent wrong item and poor communication

I ordered a chilli glass after waiting 3 months for it to be back in stock, ended up getting sent the wrong one. They wouldn't swap it for the correct one, i had to reorder the glass again when it finally came back in stock again, i paid extra for next day delivery and it apparently couldn't get delivered so It got sent back to them. It's been a week and I still haven't heard anything about whether I can get a refund or my item or have it redelivered. I have used the Anthropologie website 4 times now and every time I have had an issue. This is the last time I ever order something online.
