For the second year in a row, Anthro has lost my order/package and of course the items are no longer available. They sent me a tracking number on 12/27/2024 and it never updated. I utilized their texting agent and she told me that my shipment would arrive today. It did not. The next texting agent told me they had no info on my order other than a tracking number. What is going on? Great product, if you can actually get what you paid for. I have a case number. That is all.
