Chair delivered has a defect, not an expensive item (not that it should matter) Email the customer service address, no response, sent another email, no response. managed to find a contact number, waited on hold for a considerable time only to be told to email the address I had used! Decided to use the general customer service and managed to get a response finally! The resolution to the faulty goods is a joke. Id avoid Anthroplogie, waaay better companies out there. Customer service is paramount!
