I have used Animoto for 1 year but didnt realize it's automatically billing so I actually paid 1 year service more without using any service. I sent an enquiry to their customer service team and requested for a refund of 6 month service. The CS team is really responsive and has a very sincere attitude and they do refunded 6 month charges to me and offer me a trial of their professional plan (without expiry date). I really like their service and attitude and their product as well. I'll definitely recommend to my friends who like to make video by themselves.
