I truly loved using Animoto for 10 years (pay by PayPal FYI), but then one day out of the blue my account was cancelled or lost or whatever. I’ve written to them consistently for the last 3 weeks but I have not received but one email and when I sent what they had asked for I never heard back. Now all those videos are gone and NO ONE will respond back. And they have no phone number which is ludicrous for the number of people who use their product. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because I did enjoy using Animoto for a long time. But their poor customer service has overshadowed their product.**update** Animoto got back to me through email and fixed everything, as well as checking into why it was cancelled. So, I am upping the product back to 4.5 stars (if it was possible). I still wished they had a phone number, but at least they resolved my issues.
