Atrocious Customer Service!Every interaction I have had with this company, since signing up as a business level member, has been handled by Carmela with carelessness. Because they do not have a phone line to call, you must communicate through email. The response time can be anywhere from days to more than a week. Because their back-end system is not designed for the way they handle business accounts, you will run into access issues. This is problematic if you rely on their products to do business.Though their product is simple to use, their platform is not reliable and their customer service is just ridiculous. I recommend finding another company that offers these services with a reliable platform and customer service that cares more about its customers.
