I was having some issues on the automatic renewal. And after several back a forth emails with Amanda she went above and beyond her duty to look into my concerns and she was finally able to make things happen to accommodate my needs. Which made me feel they really did care about their customers and their satisfaction and it wasn’t about the money for them. It’s rare now a days to find companies such as this. Now I’m able to walk away with nothing but positive feelings in being able to trust in doing business again in the future with Animoto.
