Constant email updates which are purely a marketing ploy designed to temp you to spend more. Made much worse by receiving a mail confirming your results are in when they aren’t !! It’s very frustrating, it left me thinking I’m not a customer at all I’m merely a revenue stream to be exploited. Shan’t be making any recombinations to friends and family.
