Their service 5+ years ago used to be very impressive, now it's sub-standard. It's taken 3+ months to resolve a simply complaint (where I was hung up on twice, wrongly directed to a different team and the live chat was also disconnected mid conversation).Kurt Butler has come back with an email that I can't respond to saying how sorry they are but they can't see an issue with what they have done. Very odd way of doing business. I'm less than impressed.
