I am a 26 years loyalty customer to the American Express, always enjoy their good service. But I had a very bad experience recently especially today. I have business platinum card and is time to renew, I called to see if they can do some anything to help with annual fee as a long time loyalty customer . But end up they just simply said you can cancel the card. Seems like they don’t care you are long time customer, their attitude feels like AM big company don’t care losing one customer. Very upset about the service I received today.
