Once great service is not very poor service.

I have had a corporate American Express card for 30+ years. Starting within the last 12 months when I call customer service, I reach an auto attendant. Once I do get to a live person, they struggle to speak English and they lack the communication skills needed to provide a full solution. What once to a few minutes now takes hours and many calls and attempts. I will begin to transfer my corporate cards to another company.
