Awful customer service

Awful customer service. The app isn’t working either. They ask you to submit the proof of email purchase, correspondence etc. The app shows it has been apploaded. You call back and they say they haven’t received anything and your dispute is closed. No protection from fraud whatsoever. They are just trying to dismiss your case when it is obvious you were a victim i e you paid for online clothes shopping but actually have never received it.They refuse to deal with the situation and drag it on and on until you want to give up. I won’t give up this time as some people need to be taught a lesson. Avoid if you can!
