As an old member of Amex for almost 10years with never any complaints or issues, suddenly I find that everything about this crooked company has gone in dissarray. From the people they are employing (rude and stupid) to the service being offered. No one knows what is what , no one understands anyting and no one is really able (or rather wanting) to help you out.It is a big shame that such a high standing company could become so pityful. I do hope that the regulators actually take away their license and shut them down for good because they are nothing but a glorified scamming motherf*******
