I would like to thank Taylor from American Express. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. Now, I have a relationship with American Express. Their Business Gold card, Amazon business, and American Express Everyday card. I applied for their Blue Print business line of credit, and was denied. Reason; I was unverifiable, and my business. In order to get business credit cards you need to have your business verified. American Express on the card side did just that. I applied for the line of credit through my account. Instantly it said I was approved, and Congratulations etc. They asked for my business documents. I uploaded. Then the next day in my email. I had 2 messages from Blue Print. One said it needed my License, a bank statement, also my Articles of Incorporation, which I gave them the day before. American Express is linked to my bank accounts. I needed to give my license. The next email said, because I was not verifiable I was not approved. I was like wait a minute. I just opened these emails the next day. American Express did not give me anytime to get them what they asked for, because they denied me the next day. I have friends that have the blueprint line of credit, which they have 2, and 3 days to get everything in. I spoke with an agent at American Express Blue Print. They told me they usually give people time to get their documents in, one or two days, sometimes three. They said they gave you one day. I did not have time to open my emails the next day to respond, because the denial was in my email with asking for more documents. Now, they are telling me I need to apply in 60 days. Not cool at all American Express. Then the manager was suppose to call me. Did he/she? Not at all. Not cool.
