Terrible experience! 1) Ordered a business card and it was confirmed for an entirely different company than the details I input. 2) Got click-baited into a promotion (after spending 8,5k), while the BUSINESS card issued with only a 2k limit (despite perfect personal & business credit scores)... 3) Card was sent to a wrong address. 4) Asking to cancel and resend, I had to wait for almost 2 weeks. 5) Another card was allegedly sent to a new address, but it never came. 6) Reached out to Amex again, they confirmed no one sent a replacement, although confirmed per chat history that they did that same week... 7) Asked how may I file a formal complaint, the supervisor responded I should not worry, as they will pass on the information! Cannot make this stuff up... 8) When I pushed, apparently AMEX has no way to leave complaint, so here we are on Trustpilot. Supervisor Jim (74300) mishandled it further. Very worrisome experience. May have to cut all relationships with AMEX. Be informed, they are not as good as they represent themselves to be!
