I have been an Amex customer for years, lately they have become awful. Had a Platinum and Gold and the deals are worse than something like TopCash back. Slashed spending and credit limits for no reason or blackmailing me to pay some back to restore them. Customer Service was fantastic, it’s awful now and that’s being kind.
