Poor Customer Service Nasty experience. I recently raised a dispute and I was asked to send my supporting documents which I did.The documents clearly shows where the Merchant promised to refund me back. But to my dismay American express failed to take any further action to get the money back to my account. When I called them for update. The Amex Agent will respond as if they were not aware of the dispute. I asked to be put to complaint Team. I narrated my story again, but at the end it was a waste of Time. I was not given any reference for my complaint. I have been using Amex for some years but it appears they might have changed hands.Their Customer Service is now very very poor. It's time to ditch them. Beware Beware Beware
