Amex is horrible. The obviously only want to mislead customers into signing their cards without revealing the terms and conditions clearly. I have been calling them to confirm the eligibility from the day I signed up the card. I even transferred 15k into the card just to ensure the conditions are met. Not only the customer service is crap, rude and they don’t even bother to assist you in Any way.please stop scamming customers please
