If a company does not go with the time...1. the portal looks and works like it is from the 80s2. You won´t have online customer support which is great, as HNWI which is basically always travelling (sarcasm)3. You don´t have a nice overview of how much "credit" you have, mine stopped at 2300$ with the Platinum which is an absolute joke, if I have to charge my card 4 times a month I can also use a debit card.4. The points what is probably the only reason left to have this card, are super hard to transferI guess if Amex does not rapidly change their whole company mindset they will be gone in 5 years latest.
